Premium Planifolia & Tahitensis Vanilla • Direct from Indonesia • Trusted by Chefs Worldwide
Vanilla is one of the world’s most prized and labor-intensive spices, originating from the tropical orchid Vanilla planifolia. First cultivated by the Totonac people of Mexico, vanilla spread globally and is now primarily produced in tropical regions like Indonesia, Madagascar, and Tahiti. Indonesian vanilla is known for its bold, complex flavor with warm balsamic and smoky undertones — ideal for pastry chefs, gelato makers, and artisan chocolatiers.
