Why Publish on Tuscany Cuisine?
Your recipes tell the story of your experience, culture, technique, and culinary point of view. Tuscany Cuisine is being developed as a practical global platform where that knowledge can be presented professionally, found by the right audience, and used as part of a complete cooking and menu-planning experience.
Approved submissions may appear in the appropriate recipe directory, carry your chef or creator credit, and become available through platform browsing and search. Selected recipes may also receive newsletter visibility, social media promotion, featured placement, and recognition based on reader ratings and platform accomplishments.

How the submission works
- Prepare your complete recipe. Include your chef information, recipe title, category, story or description, accurate ingredients, quantities, yield, method, service notes, and supporting image or video links when available.
- Submit it for editorial review. Tuscany Cuisine evaluates originality, clarity, organization, category fit, food-safety presentation, and readiness for publication.
- Structure it for the platform. Approved content may be formatted for consistent reading, search visibility, category browsing, chef attribution, and compatible culinary tools.
- Publish and introduce it. The recipe may be placed in its directory and considered for a featured week, newsletter inclusion, or social media spotlight.
- Build recognition over time. Where enabled, ratings, reader response, featured selections, and accomplishments can add value to your chef presence and recipe portfolio.
- Grow your contribution. Strong submissions may be considered for extended visibility, permanent placement, collaborations, or future platform opportunities.
What makes a powerful submission?
A valuable recipe explains not only what to cook, but also how and why. Use exact quantities and yields, logical preparation steps, temperatures and cooking times, doneness indicators, plating or service guidance, allergen notes, substitutions where appropriate, and a short story about the dish. These details help editors prepare an accurate page and help other chefs and cooks reproduce your result successfully.
Publishing model
Approved recipes may be published for one week in the selected category and may be included in newsletter or social content.
Longer publishing may be offered after editorial review, grading, and subscription or publishing fee approval where applicable.
